Dementia Friends

St Justin Class welcomed a volunteer from the Alzheimer Society to their classroom and took part in a workshop to find out about dementia and teach them how to be a good ‘Dementia Friend’. This was a good learning opportunity for pupils who may have experience of dementia in their families and for our Faith Leaders who regularly visit a local elderly care home.
