Altar Servers

St John Evangelist Catholic Primary School works very closely with the Parish. We are lucky to have two very active Priests, Fr Rajiv Fr Dan, who are actively involved with the Catholic Life of the School.

The whole school and parish community are invited to attend Mass at the start of each term and for Holy Days of Obligation. Our classes also attend on a weekly rota. It is very special to have our school pupils supporting with the Mass.

Each year our Priests lead sessions for the pupils at St John’s who are in Years 4, 5 and 6 to train to become Altar Servers. The training takes three sessions which take place during the school day.

October 2025: Congratulations to our newly trained altar servers: Elora, Jesse, Cara, Aliana, Lottie, Arthur, Ava and Harper.
