Playground Friends

“Four children in each KS2 class are chosen to be Playground Friends for one half term. Once a week the Playground Friends in each class spend lunchtime play in the infant playground. Our job is to help the children and make sure they are happy and have friends to play with. We also play games with them.”

Playground Friends are chosen each half term. Children put their names forward for the role and two boys and two girls names will be picked at random. All children who wish to be a Playground Friend will get the opportunity each year.
